This bio page is an opportunity for us to provide some information about ourselves, so that you know a little bit about who you are renting from. Sam and Matt are both graduates of the University of Dayton. Sam graduated with a Civil Engineering degree in 2017. He now lives in Kettering and works for a local construction management company. Matt graduated with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2018. While at UD, he played for the football team and actually lived in two of the homes they now own! Matt lives in Mason, Ohio and works in Dayton as a commercial real estate broker. 

During our years at UD, we both spent time as renters and had experiences with good, and not-so-good, landlords. From this, we learned just how important it is to have a quality landlord. We take pride in being fair, transparent, and accessible throughout the entire rental process. We loved our time at UD and that is what brought us around to investing in the community. We want to contribute to the future Flyer generations by providing a great housing experience at an affordable price!
