Really can't say enough about renting from these guys. By far the best renting experience at UD. The house is in great condition, they answer calls, and they go out of their way to make things easy. You can tell that they care about their tenants and understand what student life is like. Any student looking for housing in the area should be giving Matt and Sam a call. They'll be happy they did!

I lived in 416 Irving and 30 Fairgrounds in my junior and senior summers, both were very nice houses. These guys are super accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend renting from them.

We had the best experience renting 30 Fairground over the 24-25 school year! From day one, communication with Sam and Matt was incredibly easy — they were always quick to respond, kind, and genuinely understanding any time we had questions or needed anything. They made everything stress-free and smooth, which we truly appreciated during a busy year.
The house itself was awesome — comfortable, well-maintained, and such a great place to come home to every day. It really became a home for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better experience with Sam and Matt. Thank you for making our year so enjoyable!

I rented from this company while at UD. They were extremely professional and respectful. As landlords, they take very good care of their tenants and make every process very easy. Any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. Combined with this was highly competitive rent pricing compared to other options in the area. I recommend them for any student looking for a rental property in the area

I lived in 212 Rubicon for my senior summer, senior year, and then fifth year senior summer. From April 2022 until the end of August 2023, that blue house with the white front porch was home to me. My college years wouldn’t be complete without that place.
Matt and Sam Tunnacliffe are the most reasonable, communicative, understanding, supportive, and helpful landlords I’ve ever come across, and I’ve met quite a few. They never quarreled, they never got petty, and they communicated quickly and effectively anything and everything about the house.
They would drop by to say hello, to make sure everything was in working order, and sometimes they’d even give us a case. If anything ever broke, it was fixed within the week we reported it, if even that. All the appliances worked great, the water pressure was awesome, we never ran out of hot water, and the kitchen was all in working order. I’d give anything to have them be my landlords now.
Best landlords me or my friends at school ever at UD. Bottom line, consensus pick, and not by the people who lived there.

I lived on Rubicon for 3 years because of the quality and reliability of the landlord. Matt was such a great guy, he even went out of his way to give me back some money that I overpaid. They were very fair and understanding of everything that came to their attention. Never had any issues in my time in their housing. I recommend them to any UD students looking for an inexpensive, but very well maintained house to make lifelong memories in. Go Flyers<3
